Request account deletion

Fastest method

1. Open Sika Nkontaa and sign in.
2. Open Me.
3. Under Privacy and account requests, choose Request account deletion.
4. Keep the request reference shown by the app.

If you cannot sign in

Contact privacy@sikankontaa.com. The operator will verify that you control the account before acting. Never send your PIN or one-time code.

What deletion means

The request starts a lawful review; it is not an instant destruction button. Eligible identity and account data will be erased or de-identified. Confirmed financial records, correction history, consent evidence, security logs, and audit evidence may be retained where Ghanaian law, fraud prevention, disputes, or the integrity of the append-only ledger requires it. The response must explain what was deleted, retained, and why.
