The service
XCreativs provides Sika Nkontaa as a recordkeeping and business-evidence service. It is not a bank, wallet, lender, payment processor, tax filing service, or substitute for professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Your confirmations
Sika Nkontaa proposes interpretations, rules check them, and you confirm before anything becomes a record. You are responsible for checking names and amounts. Corrections preserve the original audit trail.
Your records
Your own records remain available to view and export without a billing gate. You control purpose-specific sharing. You must not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another business.
Availability and fair use
Tap and type recording remain available. Voice and scanning may have a clearly disclosed fair-use allowance because they incur processing costs. Weak connectivity can delay processing; the app distinguishes queued items from recorded entries.
Account closure
You may request account deletion. Closure or identity erasure does not require unlawful deletion of financial and audit records that must be retained. Each request is reviewed and its outcome documented.
