Who is responsible
XCreativs, at GE-161-2916, operates Sika Nkontaa. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@sikankontaa.com. These fields remain visibly pending until the operator supplies verified details.
What we use
We use account identity, business profile, confirmed business records, consent and access logs, support records, device sync identifiers, and evidence you choose to upload to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Your voice and receipts
The microphone is used only when you hold the record control. Raw media is kept only for its configured retention period. We do not claim that uploaded files have metadata removed unless the production media pipeline has been independently verified to do so.
Sharing
Your books are private by default. A recipient gets access only when you grant purpose-specific, time-limited consent. We may disclose information where Ghanaian law validly requires it; we minimise what we hold rather than promising otherwise.
Your choices and rights
You can export your records free forever, see access to them, stop sharing, and request access, correction, or account deletion from the app. Identity data may be erased after review. Financial records and audit evidence may be lawfully retained for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, and ledger-integrity purposes.
Security and transfers
We use encrypted network connections, role-based access controls, tamper-evident records, and audit logs. Encryption at rest and on-device must be verified for each production provider and release before we make those claims. Some service providers may process data outside Ghana; the operator must document each provider, location, and transfer safeguard before production.
